How we work
Most projects fail on scope, not on code. We start by cutting the brief down to the part that pays for itself, ship that, then keep going.
We also come in later: advising teams on where AI actually helps, replacing systems that outgrew their owners, and getting new software into daily use — including the training and the messy migration nobody quotes for.
Separately, we run marketing and agency work for property clients, using the same tooling we build for everyone else.
